Kurma Shri — Brass Tortoise with Lakshmi & Sri Yantra

The rarest piece in the SVARNA collection. Kurma — the tortoise avatar of Vishnu — carries the world on his shell. On this shell rests a fully rendered Sri Yantra, the geometric seat of Mahalakshmi herself, surrounded by her eight forms in miniature. The eyes of the tortoise are set with deep red stone. The underside carries the marks of a piece made by hands that understood what they were making.
